All customers please note.

We appreciate your co-operation and understanding on the points outlined below and our agreement is formed upon receipt of the required deposit payment or formal confirmation of a booking made whereby the terms and conditions below must be adhered to. Please call our reception on 01524 792093 for information and bookings ~ reception opening hours are from 8am until 5pm November - March and from 8am until 6pm - April to October annually.

Group Party Booking Terms and Conditions:

  • A 20% deposit (of the total cost) is required on all bookings. This deposit is non- refundable.
  • All our bookings are taken over the telephone / by email. Deposits must be paid over the telephone with a debit / credit card - we no longer accept cheques or amex. All credit cards (namely visa and mastercard) will carry a surcharge of 1.5%.
  • The balance is payable on arrival.
  • Confirmation of the booking will be sent along with menu request forms which should be returned to us no later than 72hrs before arrival.
  • There is a minimum payment of 30 people per booking.
  • Menu alterations can be made up to 1 week before arrival.
  • Wyreside Lakes reserves the right to make alterations to the menus or change the guest artist if and when necessary to do so.
  • When promotional discounts are enforced, the cheapest rate will be discounted.
