AFTERNOON / EVENING PARTIES If you are an event organiser and are looking for a day / evening out with a difference, then we are here to give you some fabulous ideas! Let our chefs prepare a fabulous 2 (or 3) course meal followed by fresh tea or coffee and a short walk around some of our lakes. Later our resident entertainer (and guest artist) will whisk you into an afternoon of entertainment, including: Bingo, raffles, sing alongs / karaoke, (with musical instruments and fancy dress) and even some dancing or line dance tuition!
SHORT MOTORWAY BREAKS If you are short for time or you just want to arrange a stop off point for your journey, then you can choose from our breakfast / mid morning snacks or lunch stops. We are just off the M6 junction 33 and en-route of the A6. Look at our 'Contact Us' section for an interactive map.

SOME MENU EXAMPLES “THE GROWLER” £3.75 per person - served with tea or coffee. Bacon, sausage, mushroom, black pudding, and egg served on a large barm cake.
Super size afternoon tea £4.25 An assortment of sandwiches with a salad garnish and potato chips. A selection of home made cakes are available to choose from all served with tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
Winter Warmers £7.95 per person all served with a choice of 2 sweets—Apple Pie and Trifle: Fish and chips, Hot pot or Chicken and Ham pie
Weekday Trip Down Memory Lane £11.95 Come along and enjoy a two course lunch and an afternoon of entertainment hosted by our resident entertainer. Package includes: Arrival at 12 noon for lunch, Bingo and Raffle, sing-a-longs, Karaoke (optional) and dancing. Depart at approx 4.00pm.
If you want to organise a full day out then why not mix a trip out with our afternoon / evening entertainment packages. We are in close proximity to places of beauty and interest such as Garstang, St michaels, Morecambe, the Trough of Bowland etc. One suggested itinery could be: GARSTANG: Winner of the Britain in Bloom award, Garstang is a picturesque town complete with quaint antique and gift shops and a market every Thursday. Itinerary: Coffee and scone or breakfast at the Fisherman’s Restaurant at 10.00am. Leave at 10.45 and visit Garstang returning to us at 1.30pm for a Winter Warmer meal. Depart approx 3.00pm.
Other local attractions can be listed in full by request. Specialist walks by a local historian and keen bird watcher can also be organised. These trips will take place around the estate and it is advisable that appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear is worn. These outings can also be linked together with any of our suggested menu’s.
