CHRISTMAS PARTIES AT WYRESIDE LAKES

Both menu's are only £20 per person including disco and live entertainment.

3 course menu avaliable minimum 2 - 50 persons.

Starter
Chef's home made country vegetable soup, served with a warm crusty roll.

Prawn Cocktail served with chef's seafood sauce and melba toast with a seasonal salad garnish.

Mini Combo for 1 - includes, brie and mango parcels, hot n' spicy chicken wings, potato wedges
garlic bread, served with a choice of dips.


Main Course
Festive Roast Turkey breast with cranberry sauce and pigs in blankets, served with seasonal vegetables and rich turkey gravy.

Scottish Salmon fillet cooked slow in a dill sauce and lemon sauce served over crushed new potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

Brandy & Mushroom Strudel served in a rich light cream sauce and light puff pastry. Served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.


Dessert
Traditional Christmas Pudding served with brandy sauce.

Profiteroles filled with double cream served with rich chocolate sauce.

Fresh Fruit cocktail in a light syrup served with double cream or ice cream.
