Standard equipment and facilities:
• 2 x 42” monitor and DVD players with PC access for presentations.
• Assorted stationary
• 1 fixed white board
• WI FI
• Surround sound system and microphones
• Licensed bar
• Outdoor area for training / orienteering.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
• A min of 10 delagates must be booked.
• A 20% deposit is required (based on the total amount) - non refundable.
• Any delegate cancellations up to 24hrs before arrival will be deducted from the total cost - however this must not exceed the min booking of 10 delegates. Any delegates who do not arrive on the day of the event (that have not been previously deducted) will be charged for at full rate.
• The remaining balance can be invoiced and must be on a strict 30 day payment.
• Vat is charged at the prevailing rate.

2 COURSE MENU

£29 per delegate - plus VAT.
Includes room hire, Free Parking, 2 coffee breaks with biscuits morning and afternoon and a choice of a 2 course meal at lunchtime (choose either a starter or dessert).

Starter

Tasty Lancashire cheese tartlet.
Chefs own Soup Of the Day.
Seafood Medley.
Main Course
Herb buttered turkey with roasties, seasonal vegetables and a cranberry jus.
Spiced Salmon-served with seasonal vegetables and a coriander mash.
Lamb Cutlets en croute
Served with seasonal vegetables, minted mash and a reduced Madeira jus.
Dessert
Crème Brule
White Chocolate cheesecake with a summer fruit compote.
Whole orange & choc cake.

All menus can be altered by request.

HOT / COLD BUFFET
£26 per delegate-plus VAT.
Includes room hire, Free Parking -2 coffee breaks with biscuits morning and afternoon and a choice of Hot / Cold Buffet at lunchtime.

Example Buffet Menu:
Sausage Rolls / savoury selection / egg mayonnaise.
Chicken goujons / Chilli con carne / Chicken and Mushroom a la creme served with rice or jacket.
Salad bowl /coleslaw / pasta & rice salads.
Medium chicken curry / Chili con carne served with rice or jacket.
A platter of rolled meats and bread rolls.
Cheese board / fresh fruit salad.
