Fishing
The Fishery is situated on the Duchy of Lancaster’s Wyreside Estate.
A variety of way -marked paths through the Fishery connect the lakes and there are many attractive walks in the surrounding countryside. We have a mixture of carp, pike and coarse fishing offering a variety of species and size which will provide a challenge to both the professional and novice angler.
If you want to fish, then day tickets, over night tickets and season tickets are available.
Please note: we operate a computerisedbooking system with depositsand a minuimum of
24hrs is required on weekends - S/1 and Bantons are a min of 48hrs - please see ticket prices
Competitions can be held on any of the day ticket waters (not the season ticket lakes) to discuss

Please Note: there is a car park charge in force for any non guest visitors to the site -
£1 per day - please keep your ticket - this is redeemable if £3 or over is spent in the bar or restaurant.
We have a bar & restaurant, so you don't even have to pack any food supplies, we can even deliver it to your door (bivvy) step!
For longer periods of stay there is also washroom and shower facilities.
We also have gift vouchers for that special individual gift. These can include
